Cheat: Invincibility
If you choose Sonic and press Up + Jump and continuously hold Up while jumping, Sonic will start glittering. He will be invincible until he stops running his fastest.
Cheat: Level Select
At the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, then press button 1 or 2.
