No matter how adept a gamer you are, youre likely to find yourself stumped somewhere along the way.
This guide will tell you everything youll ever need to know about gunning down hordes of evil aliens. Along with a complete walkthrough for the massive campaign mode, read on to learn about each of the games 20 playable characters, 30-odd weapons and items, and how to achieve 100 percent completion for each of the games missions. If that doesnt do it for you, perhaps youd like to know where all 18 hidden DNA sequences are, or maybe pick up another secret or two? I thought so.
Hint: Single Player Breeze
If you dont have anyone you can play with and you are forced to do this yourself, you can have a relatively easier time (and save ammo) by simply using Hawk (the Assassin) to kill one or two enemies while cloaked, then retreating to regenerate energy, then doing this over and over until you need the really heavy firepower of your AI buddies.
Bust 100%
In order to achieve 100 percent completion on a mission, you have to play on the Brutal difficulty setting. Complete all primary and secondary objectives, kill every single enemy and find the hidden DNA sequence. Also, you cant allow any of your teammates to die.
Earning Medals
At the mission select screen, youll see four spots for medals. The first three spots are filled when you beat the mission on Standard, Hard and Brutal. The fourth is filled when you find the hidden DNA sequence. If youve completed all objectives and killed all enemies, the medal will be gold. If not, it will be silver.

Regenerating Cheat
Heres a little cheat to regenerate your teammates. If youre on your last guy, insert another three controllers into your Xbox and press start. As new players join, your teammates will be brought back to life. Now just quit out of the three games you just opened and youll go back to single player mode, but your teammates will remain.
Regeneration Glitch (Special Energy)
Regenerate special energy quickly by crouching (push in the left joystick, or as the PS2 dorks call it, Press and hold L3).
Regenerate Special Faster
To regenerate a characters special power faster, simply crouch down.

Hint: Play Colonial Marine In Campaign
One of the reasons you should have a buddy or two to play this game is to force the computer to let the other players play the Colonial Marine in the initial few stages before the whole team is completed.
The Colonial Marine acts as a stand-in for the other three Brute Force Squad Members, and has a one-use special ability (Ion Cannon). The only way to recharge this weapon is to die (as the Marine) and respawn.

Unless you chipped your Xbox, you should probably do this to unlock stuff quickly for Bloody Roar Extreme. You will need two controllers for this to work.
Go into the options menu and turn on the Autosave feature. Set your Team Members to five and start a Team Versus game. Immediately quit the game (press START and quite) and simply do this 25 more times to unlock Kohryu, Uranus, and Fang, as well as the hidden stages.

Hint - Alternate Ending
At the very end of the game, Alex will jump out of the chopper so you, Gianni, and Stefania will not get sucked in by the Pendulum Effect. Alex simply floats outside of the chopper and all you have to do is walk outside to her. Doing this wil force Derrick go into the Pendulum sphere and allows him to go with Alex to save her world. Right after this scene, a whole new set of credits with differnet music will appear.
Easter Egg: Spread Finger Stance
Hold Block and press WHITE, BLACK.
Hint: Effective Punch & Throw
Pull the left analog stick down and then hit both the left and the right triggers at the same time. This will make Derrick perform a unblockable stomach punch and then toss his enemy behind him.

Blinx the Timesweeper takes everything you know about platformers and turns it upside down. Or rather, pauses it, rewinds it, then plays it back for you in slow-motion while you watch your recorded double wipe the drool from your mouth. This is a glitch.
As soon as a stage starts, quickly jump back and land on the starting ring. The game will occasionally allow Blinx to treat the start ring as the finish ring.

To beat the 2nd boss without getting hurt go on a ledge where crystals are (it doesnt matter which ledge) and pick up trash to defeat him. He can’t jump up there even with his super jump.
