Hint: Allow a Pass
If you are low on boost and a rival is right behind you, slow down until he passes you. Then, get a takedown by making them crash. This gives you a lot of boost and guarantees they won’t come back on you at the end.

Hint - Easy Freak Show Money
To make a lot of money fast, go to the freak show and make a bet (max bet is $100) on the wrestling match. You can pick either wrestler to win, it doesnt matter. Stand next to the ring when the match starts.

Eventually the wrestlers will get close enough to you that you can land a few punches to the one you bet against. Be careful not to punch your own wrestler! This will knock his health way down and hell be finished off easily.
Youll get a “Violence Against Children” in your violence meter, but it doesnt matter because there arent any police in the freak show tent.

Hint - M80s and Water Balloons
I dont know if anyone else had a problem finding these things, but they arent too hard to acquire. The Volcano 4000 firework is located in certain lockers; they appear more often after all missions are beaten.

As for the water balloons, they will be unlocked once you help the guy on top of the building next to the bike shop in Bullworth Town. Jump the fence in the back and climb the ladder to get them. From then on you may fill balloons at any source of water (water pipes, drinking fountains, etc.).

Easter Egg - Schoolgirl Upskirt Shots
If you want to check out Mandys panties, snipe her with your slingshot from the tree on the football field and she’ll fall to the ground and roll around

Now wait for your trouble meter to empty, hop out of the tree, walk over and have a look up her skirt. All the other girls wear white underroos. Nail them with a projectile from afar and quickly hop in a trashcan before you’re seen. When your trouble meter dies down, go have a look.

Even Ms. Danvers (Crabblesnitch’s secretary) fancies white underwear. When she grabs you for being naughty, stomp her foot and take a peak while she’s hopping up and down.

Hint: Extended Glide
On Hard and Extreme, Lau Wong will need to cross very large gaps in some stages without benefit of an Iron Soul Mirror (which you can usually air-combo to get across). After gliding, press TRIANGLE to do the spin slash, then press X to glide a subsequent time. You can repeat this over and over to cross large gaps, but you lose altitude each time you press TRIANGLE.

Hint: Defeating Overlords
On Hard and Extreme (and even later stages in Normal), Lau Wong will need to defeat Overlords quickly instead of spending time clashing. The most damaging combo is the SQUARE, SQUARE … TRIANGLE, X combo which racks upwards of 40+ hits. If you press SELECT to change your spell to Tekkuken (the attack up spell) as you begin the combo on an Overlord, you can probably kill it in one combo (or at least rip off half its life).

Similarly, you can use this technique on bosses as well. Select the defense up spell when you are clashing (or as you are being hit) to prolong your effectiveness against harder bosses.

Hint: Prolong Combo Timer
The combo hits can be made to linger on screen if you have Lau strike an object like a jar or sign. Although the hit does not count as a combo hit, it will prevent the combo chain from breaking so you have a short time to find another enemy to continue adding hits.

Hint - Defeat Trogdar
Lock on to Trogdar and let him walk up to you. Then dodge and watch him attck nothing. Then lock off and jump, then attack him with an air combo. He should be knocked off balance for a second and jump high in the air. He also might turn around and keep walking after you. If he keeps walking after you, repeat what you just did. If he jumps in the air lands and starts to either build up an energy beam or starts to make rock circle him, run to his legs and start hacking at him.

After he is knocked off balance, either run away or lock on and dodge. Then he might jump again or walk after you again, just do what i said over and over and hell go down easy. This also goes for the second time you fight him.
