Angry crowd

Start a match with no CPU players and just leave the wrestlers standing without moving or wrestling. The crowd will get extremely angry, and J.R. and Vince will add some funny commentary.
Easy ways to toss opponents

Stun them so they are on their feet, or stun them and pick them up. Then, push them to the ropes, while making sure that they are facing you. Push [Left]x2, (C-Down) to pick them up and toss them out of the ring.

Increase the damage from moves

Make sure you and your opponent are outside of the ring. As long as you are outside of the ring, all the moves you do on your opponent will be increased and vice versa.
Ahmed Johnson: Breaking the rules

Select Ahmed and get your opponent in the turnbuckles. Press [Left]x2, (A). Ahmed will lift your opponent up and send him crashing down on the top rope turnbuckle.
Ahmed Johnson: Flying Shoulder Block

Get on the turnbuckle, then press [Left], [Right], [Up], (Kick) + “Block”. Instead of doing his Pearl River special move, he will do a Flying Shoulder Block. It will take as much damage out of your opponent as a regular special move.
Owen Hart: Extra Hurrican-Ranna

When running quickly, press (B) and (C-Down) when very close to your opponent. Owen will jump on his or her shoulders and give out a hurrican-ranna.
Shawn Michaels: Extra taunt

Choose HBK for a character in any game mode. Then, walk very close to the ropes and press (A) + (C-Left). He should jump on the ropes and say, “Im gonna dance all over your face”.
Taunts

Each wrestler can taunt his opponent or show off during a match with the following:

Easy ring out

When the match begins simply climb down from the ring. Your opponent will always follow. Get your opponent to follow your wrestler around outside of the ring to run the timer down. Do not get too far away or your opponent will climb back into the ring. Once the timer reaches 4 or 5 seconds quickly hit your opponent repeatedly until he becomes stunned. Jump back on the mat with only a second or two to spare and your character should win by ring out.
Easy attribute points

Earn attribute points for a created character in the usual way. Choose to edit your custom character and save. Load the created character again, then leave the “Create A Wrestler” screen. Immediately enter the “Create A Wrestler” screen again, choose to make a character. The new character should have the same amount of attribute points as the saved character. Save the new character under a different file.
Continue wrestling after match ends

Call another wrestler for help while in a match. Allow the called-in wrestler to defeat your opponent. Leave the ring just when your opponent is about to be pinned. Your wrestler will be able to hit your opponent from the floor as long as desired. Walk on the apron or return to the ring to end the match.
Quick match

Set the time limit down to five minutes so that your opponents life bar will get to the red faster.
Have partner in the ring without being counted out

Use the following trick to call out your partner into the ring and keep him there in tag team mode. Call in your partner, then fight with your opponent outside of the ring. As long as your partner stays in the ring and you stay out, your partners number will stay green, which indicates that he is not being counted out.
Get the 3 count without interference from your opponent partner

To pin your opponent without your opponents partner coming in, get your opponents life bar in the red. Then, knock him out, knock his partner off the ring, then immediately turn around and go for the cover. Your opponents partner will not get into the ring in time.

Select a wrestler and win the WWF title in career mode to unlock all hidden wrestlers, and unlock other bonuses, such as Ego Mode, Squeaky Mode, Big Heads, Bleep Mode, additional costumes and others. Use the following steps to use double team moves when you are in a one player tag team match. Note: Your opponent has to be stunned.

Using top rope moves that do not work

In the create-a-wrestler screen, go to the moves screen to see your wrestlers moves or select moves if you are making a wrestler. In the top rope moves (silver screen) are a number of moves that for some reason, are used by pressing the C”-Down”. Moves such as the Moonsault, Hollywood Star Press, and Celestial Splash do not show up when your wrestler is on the top rope. Wrestlers such as Al Snow use the Moonsault. Using these moves is simple. If you are making a wrestler, choose what moves you want or play a wrestler with a special top rope move such as Al Snow. When you are about the climb the turnbuckle to the top rope, hold (C-Down) the moment you start up.
New chant

Press (Start) to pause game play after a chant starts. The crowd will be doing a different chant after the game is resumed. For example, the crowd will start chanting “Mankind, Mankind” but end up chanting “Socko, Socko”.
Extra shirts

Use the following trick to get extra shirts. Chose any shirt, but make it completely black. Go to the tattoo option, and chose any tattoo. The tattoo will appear on the shirt, creating a new shirt. This works especially well with the “ATTITUDE” tattoo.
New custom clothing

Enter create a wrestler mode. Pick any skin color other than the skin number 1. Nose 15 and nose 16 should appear under noses and some extra clothing such as “wimpy” shorts should also be available. Note: The noses do not work with all skin colors, but do work with skin number 4.
View alternate costumes

Set up a Tornado match with all characters being the same wrestler. When the wrestlers do their sayings in the ring, you will be able to view all the alternate costumes.
Win by error

Enter a Co-Op 2 On 1, Last Man Standing, Hardcore match and hit your partner with a weapon/ If he is down for ten seconds a message with your wrestler names followed by “win by error” will appear.

World Driver Championship Cheats

Super Blurry Mode
To experience what Boss Games calls “Blurry Assed Graphics”, enter the following button combination with the second controller during normal gameplay:

Note: Use the D-Pad for the directional commands.

Midway Code (Red Skid Marks)
While racing, press the following buttons (use the D-pad for this code): B, Left, Up, Down, Right 3 times, and Down. If used correctly, you start seeing red skid marks instead of the black ones.

Top Down Racing
Enter the following code while youre racing: Up, Up, Up, A, Left, A, A, A

This puts the game into a top-down mode, thats a lot like the old arcade racers of yore.

Infinite Restart Credits
Enter the following code while youre racing: Z, Right, Z, Right, Right, Start, Z, A, Right, Z, Start.

This will set your restart credits to 9 — and they will never go down. Note that when you save and then restore the game, this cheat will be reset. If you want unlimited restarts again, just enter the code one more time.

The IGN64 Code (Pink Cars)
Everybody knows that Boss Games original Porsche vehicle model color was a beautiful, bold, bright pink. We knew it, you knew it, and Boss most definitely knew it. Of course, the stubborn developer stood its ground, swearing time and time again that the car was in fact red. But with constant pestering (and your help), we may have played a key part in forcing the developer to change the hot pink Porsche to blue, which is the cars color in the final release of World Driver Championship.

If youve got a hunger to see the vehicle in its original, blazing pink
form, however, were proud to announce that you still can. Heres how:

Start a new game in the Championship Mode and enter your name as IGN64

To unlock the last GT1 circuit (Sydney) and all of its variations WITHOUT saving it to the memory card, simply begin a Championship game and enter “FROZENSKY” as a name.

To save Sydney Circuit cheat to a memory card, perform the following steps:

Remove the memory card from the controller. Start a new Championship game, entering “FROZENSKY” as the driver name. Accept an offer from one of the two race teams. (If you do not accept either offer, the code will not work.) Go back to the main menu and select Quick Race. Choose a race mode and select the Sydney circuit. Go back to the main menu and install your memory card. Load a saved game. Save the game.

To defeat the boss in Mission 6 easily (the big green plane) make sure you have plenty of the fat
green missiles. Then you want to get underneath the plane and shoot as many upward as possible at a time. Do this a while and he will die easier than trying to get a lock on him. For the other planes,
buy some big red locking bombs and just shoot a shit-load at him.

Level Select

At the “Press Start” screen, press C-Up seven times for level select.

Presidential Bailout

While playing, press Z + C-Up + C-Down, then launch a homing cluster at your opponent. If it hits,you will see the president jump out of the plane.

WinBack: Covert Operations Cheats

Skip 4 Lasers on Roof

If you’ve been to the level where you have to duck under a bunch of lasers, you know how frustrating it is. Well, here’s a way to skip four lasers. First, press the switch against the wall that deactivates the laser lining the wall. Then, place a C4 right at the switch. Crawl under the first two lasers. A guy should come around the corner from behind you to deactivate the switch which is against the wall. Detonate the C4 so you don’t have to go back through two lasers, then press the switch, then go back through those two lasers again.

In the beginning of the game when you get your first ammunition pack, do not kill the bad guy. If you hide behind the crate where the ammuntion pack is, he will put a medical kit on the table in the right corner of the room.

How to Defeat Turret-Gun Boss
To beat the boss with the turrent gun start out against the pole where the movie ended. Back up from the boss (with pistol in hand) to the bottom right, out of his firing range. Blow up the boxes against the pole. Then get your back against the pole and swing out to the right or the outside. The next pole down there will be barrels. Blow them up and then run to that pole. Get in the same position when you shot the barrels and switch to another gun. After he is done firing swing out to the left or inside and shoot him a few times. Keep on repeating until he dies. He wont move toward you at all until the last few shots.

Defeat Bandelus
To beat Bandelus first quickly crouch-run and roll beneath the blue laser. This will be helpful later on. Then put you back to the wall you were facing when you first started the fight. Bandelus will run into the next room, but before you continue, shoot the farthest barrel until it blows up. This deactivates the blue laser in front of you. Then run to the steel crate, and while your running, count to three then roll. If you did it right Bandeluss shots will miss you. Next put your back to the wall near the crate. Pop out and shoot Bandelus, I recommend shotgun but you can use whatever you want. When his life is at 3/4 two guys will run from the room you started in. If you successfully rolled under the laser in the beginning the trap will go off and kill them both. If not, using your submachine gun, push A to get away from the wall but DONT MOVE! If you do Bandelus will catch you in a cross fire. Take out the guys and return to the wall. When his life is at 1/3 he will rush at you. Him him with the machine gun and HIT HIM HARD! Drill at least a seven round burst into him. He will rush again and again so run to the first room and keep sniping him when he shows up. He will die soon after that.

Greater lock-on range for pistol
If you need a farther lock on for your pistol, switch to your machine gun and then switch back to your pistol. You will then be locked on.

Defeat the Rocket Launcher Boss
Here is how to beat the boss with a rocket launcher. First you must switch to shotgun or machine gun. Second lock on to the boss using the C-down key. Next run back and forth across the room stopping suddenly and going the other way. Each time you stop fire a few rounds at the boss.
OR

You use any gun and lock on to him with down c, then when he shoots rockets you roll underneath him and get back up and start shooting him. After while you end up killing him, by using roll technique.

All multi-player characters
Quickly press Up, Down (x2), Right (x3), Left (x4) before the demonstration begins. Then hold C-Up and press Start at the “Press Start” menu. (A gunshot confirms correct entry.)

Alternately, complete the game at easy and normal difficulty settings.

Reload pistol in Story mode
Press B when out of bullets in Story mode.

C4 (multi-player mode)
Begin a multi-player game in the Factory-1 level. Any character can use C4 by pressing Down.

Defeat the Fire Boss
The easiest way to defeat the flamethrower boss is to run up and kneel right beside him. Then shot. The Boss will not be able to hurt you.

Unlock Sudden Death Mode, Trial Mode, and Max Power Mode all at once.
Just complete the game on the hardest setting to unlock all three of those modes of play at once.

Trial mode
Quickly press Up, Down (x2), Right (x3), Left (x4) before the demonstration begins. Then hold C-Down and press Start at the “Press Start” menu. (A gunshot confirms correct entry.)

Sudden Death mode
Quickly press C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, C-Down, C-Up, C-Down before the demonstration begins. Then hold L and press Start at the “Press Start” menu. (A gunshot confirms correct entry.)

Infinite health

At the “Press Start” screen, press Down, Up(2), Down(3), C-Left, C-Up, then hold C-Up and press Start.

All multi-player characters

Thunder shoots flame-thrower (multi-player mode)
Select the Boss character “Thunder”. Press R during game to activate laser sights. Then press B to fire the flame-thrower.

Wetrix Wheel of Fortune Cheats

Move water At the main menu, hold C-Up or C-Down to raise or lower a whirlpool of water. While holding either button, press the Analog-stick to move the whirlpool across the water. Different shapes Complete all modes except practice and multiplayer and achieve an "OK" rating. Once you get an "OK" rating on all the required sections, the background color will turn green. Select any game mode other than practice mode. Then you will see a little blue guy. Select him and push a button to change him into a duck. Now when you start a game, the tedrads will be triangle, rectangular, and square-shaped pieces. Floor select and change background color Complete all 16 practice rounds. Then, go to the options screen and there will be a new option called "Floor". This will let you chose from many different floor sets, such as the Mona Lisa and the American Flag. Also, this changes the background color of the title/options screens.
