Deploy Robo More Quickly
There is an easy way to deploy your Robo more quickly at the beginning of each new battle. As soon as your cube is launched, start tapping the A or B button quickly. This will unfold the Robo at a much faster rate.

Press 2 times A in the race for turbo.

Alternate Paint Jobs / Power Up Cars

Get the required ammount of points in the Championship mode and recieve the following secrets activated on the car select screen.

8 Points: Power Level 1 (up or down c)
20 Points: Paint Job (L or R to select colors)
100 Points: Power Level 3 (up or down c)
150 Points: Two Tone Paint Job (L or R to select colors)
500 points: Power Level 4
1500 points: Power Level 5
9999 points: Speed Demon (Top speed 230)

Build up Points Quickly

You don’t have to win races to get points. Doing Flips Rolls and hellicopter spins also rack up the points. To rapidly gain points, go to the options screen and set the laps to 6. Then start a championship on easy.

There are many jumps in the first level. Before each jump, pump the gas twice to perform a flip. You can even flip off the back of opponent cars if in the right position. Press the gas+Left or Right on the analog to do a 2 wheel side wheelie. Perform this before a jump and you’ll roll.

Do all 6 laps performing as many tricks as you can. When done, get the points and quit. Go back to options and set the laps to 1. Go back to championship and finish the next two easy tracks. Repeat process and you’ll have many points in no time flat.

Go into the Options and set the number of Laps to 6, now start a Championship circuit, it doesn’t matter which difficulty setting you use (I’ve found that Pro or Master works best). Select Germany as your track, now race around the track doing as many tricks as you can, Mega Roll’s work best. Now if you come in 1st and do enough tricks you can get over 140 points (on Master). On the next track (Egypt) pause the game and select “End Championship”, now you can start at Germany again and repeat the process. I hope this is clear and easy enough to understand.

Shortcuts

Hawaii: In Cruis’n World mode, you’ll see a blue sign that says senic overlook, with red arrow cones. The instint you see the sign, take a hard left onto a off- ramp. You can get some trick points by this seceret, when doing stunts. Another way to get trick points, is to do a two wheely slightly behind a car, and if done correctly, you can do a flip.

Germany: Just before the last ramp on the Germany coarse, steer left so your car is headed toards the left grass area, until you see a rock side wall on the left. Steer just right of the wall, and if done correctly, you will automatically do a flip for more trick points. This trick is handy if you miss the jump.

Australia: If you watch carefully after after the third set of Kangaroos, you’ll see a dirt road to the left. The trail leads to a ramp, were you should have enough room to earn a automatic mega flip. This trail could also be used as a shortcut.

Italy: After The Third Tunnel in Italy You will drive through a road surrounded by trees in a straight line as you look ahead you will see a on-ramp to the side, you can use it to get ahead of your opponents.

China: When you’re going around some of the curves on the China track, you will see gaps in the wall on your left and right. Simply follow this road and will eventually bring you back on the track. (It occurs in more than one place, but only while you are on the wall portion of the track).

New York: In New York on the last two tunnels take any of the off ramps on the side.

Mexico: In Mexico at the Aztec Temple, go into the brush to right to the temple and there will be a jump and a shortcut.

Driving Tips and Tricks

Dodge Traffic and Collisions: To go right through a collision or on coming traffic simply do a turbo boost (A twice). Then you can do a trick off the car.

360: To do a 360, when you are at the top of the ramp push left or right.
Flip: To do a flip just pop a wheelie on a jump (press Gas twice). If this doesn’t work, work on your timing.
Wheelie: To pull a wheelie simply press the Gas button twice while on a straight road. This will give you a small boost as well!
Sideways Wheelie: To do a sideways wheelie, while taking a turn, press the gas button twice. This helps you to take turns easier.
Barrel Roll: To do a barrel roll, first do a sideways flip by pressing the gas button twice while turning, now move the joystick the opposite way of the turn and you’ll do a barrel roll.
Flip Roll - To do the flip roll you need to execute a normal flip during a jump, then press B,B,A,B,C-Up to roll in mid-air. You’ll earn 20 points each time you do this.

Bonus Mode

To get bonus mode in championship mode beat all 3 championship courses on beginner and pro levels.

Play on the Moon

To play on the Moon you must first finish Cruis’n the World mode. The Credits will then come up. Don’t turn off the machine and wait for the Credits to finish. Once the Credits are done a race will automaticly start up. Be ready because that race is The Moon ! Now you can play that course at any time on Practice, Cruis’n the World, and in the Bonus Circuit in Championship Mode.

Turbo Start

Before the race start, you can get a quick turbo boost and do a wheelie right over everybody. when the announcer said Ready….Set….GO!!!!! Right before the word SET begins to disappear press the gas button then quickly shift into the first gear and burn rubber!

Remember to shift all the way to fourth gear right after you turbo boost if you are using manual stick, otherwise you’ll only be in your first gear. This trick takes some practicing.

Pass Other Cars Easily

When you want to pass another computer racer easily, just tap (A) twice to do a wheelie when you are behind someone. They will veer out of the way instantly. It really helps when you are on your final lap and need to catch up quick.

Note: Don’t use wheelie’s too often. When you perform one, a turn might sneak up on you. While you are on two wheels you cannot turn very well.

Power level

In championship mode go to easy and win all the races you will get powerlevel 2 and paint job.

Change Paint Job
In one or two player mode, when you select your car, use L and R to change the color of the cars body.

Deploy Robo More Quickly
There is an easy way to deploy your Robo more quickly at the beginning of each new battle. As soon as your cube is launched, start tapping the A or B button quickly. This will unfold the Robo at a much faster rate.

Cruisn USA Cheats

Golden Gate Park track

Hold (L) + (C-Left) + (C-Down) at the track selection screen. The U.S. 101 track will become Golden Gate Park.
Indiana track

Hold (L) + (C-Right) + (C-Up) at the track selection screen. The Beverly Hills track will become Indiana.
San Francisco track

Hold (L) + (C-Right) + (C-Down) at the track selection screen. The Grand Canyon track will become San Francisco.
Extra vehicles

Hold (C-Up) + (C-Left) + (C-Down) at the car selection screen. The Muscle Car will become an All Terrain Vehicle, the La Bomba will become a School Bus, and the Devastator will become a Police Car.
Flashing lights and siren

Use the Bus or Police Car to get a new Hot Time. Enter your initials remain at the “Hot Times” screen. Scroll to the bottom of the display and hold “Analog-Left” for approximately thirty seconds. Press [Start] and begin a new race with the Bus or Police Car. Press (Brake) twice, then hold “Gas” to flash the lights of the Bus or turn on the Police Cars siren. The lights and siren will be active as long as “Gas” is held.
Turbo boost

Use the Bus or Police Car to get a new Hot Time. Enter your initials remain at the “Hot Times” screen. Scroll to the bottom of the display and hold “Analog-Left” for approximately thirty seconds. Press [Start] and begin a new race and press (Brake), (Brake), (Brake), “Gas”, (Brake), “Gas” after each checkpoint. Although your vehicle will not exceed its top speed, it will accelerate faster. Note: This code is enabled only after you Cruise the USA three times to get your vehicle to the fourth level.
Two player upgrade

Normally in two player mode, only one of the players can get an upgrade for their car. To upgrade both players, race to the Washington D.C., quit, and save the game. Reset the Nintendo 64, and have player one beat the Washington D.C. course. Reset the Nintendo 64 again, and have player two beat the same course. Both players will now have their cars upgraded.
Dirty windshield

Drive in Iowa or Indiana in cockpit view to get bugs and bird droppings on your windshield.
Steering wheel falls off

When you play in two player mode, win a level with an average mph that has a 4 in it. Your wheel will come off after the hall of fame (if you get in it.)
Missing wheel

Finish a two player challenge game and continuously sweep the Analog-Stick in a clockwise “Full-Circle”. The right front wheel of the losing players vehicle fall off after the car rotates about four times.
Alternate vehicle colors

Win the “Cruise The USA” mode with the difficulty set to 1, 3 or 5. The car used to win the race will be selectable in a new color. The alternate cars are faster then the original version. Press (C-Up) to select the alternate colors. Note: This also works with the three hidden vehicles.
Successfully complete the game as the Police Car to change the stripe from blue to green. Highlight the Police Car and press (Analog-stick Down) to change back to blue. Press “Analog-stick Up” to change back to green.
Rolling head

When entering your initials, go to the bottom of the screen and hold (Analog-stick Left). Eventually a head will roll by.


Falling coconuts



In Beverly Hills you can drive against the palmtrees. Coconuts will drop down.


Chicago



When you start racing, you are on the freeway. After the first two turns you have to see a broken car. If you hit this broken car, it will fly through the air and it will land just in front of the leading car.


Get New Awesome Cars



To get this cheat you will have to hold these three buttons at the same time. Up C, Down C,and Left C. You will do this cheat when you are about to select a car. You will get a police car, Jeep, and a school bus.

Make Your Enemy Spin Out



This trick works best when your in first, but it will work in any place except last. If an opponent or computer car is behind you and is trying to pass, try this: get directly in front of him to where he’s almost touchin your car, then tap brake, but don’t hold it down, he will crash into you and spin out and fall behind, and the impact from his car will push you forward.


Grand Canyon shortcut:



Stay along the right side of the road after the first check point. Follow the dirt ramp that appears, and cross the natural bridge at a fast speed.


Grand Canyon boulder:



Run into the large rocks on the side of the road at high speed. The boulders will gain speed as they roll down the road before smashing into the first place vehicle.


Washington D.C. warp:



Watch for the orange tinted brick wall on the left side of the road. Approach the wall, get on the grass, and jump through the crack to reach the next check point.


Iowa Woman:



Look for the single tree on the left side of the road after the first checkpoint. Face the tree and slowly run over it. A woman standing next to a sign with the word “DAWN” will now be visible.


Nitro boost



This code works just like the Flashing Lights Trick code. Be sure your name will be on the ‘Hot lists’. Scroll to the end of the list and hold L for 40 seconds. A head appears in the screen. In each race, with each car you can obtain a nitro boost by pressing Brake, Brake, Brake, Gas, Brake and Gas.

It is $100 dollars cheaper to build two regular power plants than one advanced power plant you get just as much power with thicker armor.

Access all Buildings

This code will enable you to have access to all the buildings.While playing, press Left C, then hold A + Right C. If entered correctly, you will hear a voice give you the new building options.

Zoom It

Hold L press C-Up or C-Down to zooom in and out of the battlefield.

Sandbagging trick

Use sandbags to build all the way to your enemies base. Now build some defenses, guns or whatever to take them out! A ton of turrents is especcially effective!

Be able To Build Opponent’s Units

Get your engineer to take over a enemies construction yard and you can build their units.

Buy the Tiberium Factories

When you destroy all your opponents Tiberium Factories, you can shoot one of their structures a few times and they will sell it to you. However, make sure that you take out their main base first or they will not be able to rebuild the Tiberium factories.

Faster Ion Cannon and Nuclear weapons charge

Build many power plants and the more you have the faster the weapons will charge.

Easy Money

The Churches in the villages have 1000$ in them. Destroy them to get the money.

Level Select

At the title screen where players see “press start” enter the following code using the control pad: b, a, r, r, a, c-right, up, down, a. There will be no indication that the code worked. Press start and go to replay mission. Press L and then choose your side and mission.

More Money: Silo

Just build an engineer and take over your enemies silo to get the money that is stored in their silo(s).

Easier Tiberium harvesting

To make the harvesting job quicker, run sand bags to the Tiberium and place a Refinery there. Then, sell the bags.
Hidden message

Remove all controllers, then turn on the Nintendo 64. Watch the opening images and text until it reaches the controller screen.
Build away from base

To build away from your base, simply create a chain of sandbags to the desired location.
To take over the enemy base, you can simply build sand bags directly into the enemys base. Once you have you the sandbags in place, build Obelisks and destroy anything in the base that may be a threat to your engineers. After it is safe, simply make some engineers and send them into the enemy base.
Faster training

Build more than one Barrack or Hand Of NOD to increase the training speed of a unit.
Selling vehicles

Place a vehicle in the repair bay to sell it.
Selling troops

Place troops next to or inside the items that are being sold. For example, when playing as the GDI, build a transport and repair pad and place five soldiers in the transport. Place the transport on the pad and sell it to get full price for the item and the men.
Killing multiple grenadiers/flamethrowers

When attacked by a group of flamethrowers or grenadiers, just kill a few of them to set off a chain reaction that will kill the rest.
Gold NOD weapons

Play as the GDI and capture a NOD airstrip. The GDI forces there will continue to build NOD weapons with a gold tint.
Scouting

If you are trying to scout land the best way is to use Stealth Tanks playing as the NOD or Suicidal Humvees as the GDI.

Unlimited Tails

After you arrived at the stage ( 2nd ) Queen Bee, you may notice a hook on a sign. If you happen to die, the Death will appear and teach you about the hooks. After you first “near death experience”, the hooks will have tails on them that give you extra lives. If you leave an area and come back, the tails will be there again. In short, you can actually get unlimited lives by grabbing the tail, returning to the first stage, and then coming back. Repeat these actions to be granted unlimited tails.

Fast Shotgun Reload in Spooky Level

Zombies can sure be a pain to kill; hopefully this information will help. Equip the shotgun, then enter “first person view” by holding the “R” (look) button, use the “C” buttons to move around, when you want to fire, hold the “Z” button and use the red laser to aim. After you have fired the first shot, press “Z” again as you see the sparks (from the first shot) dissipate. If you did this right, Conker will not lift the gun, but will keep it at the firing level to reload; and, if you really time your shots well, Conker won’t have to reload the gun at all!

No bleeping out words

To do this go to the cheat menu,then type in NOBLEEPINGOUT as a code.

Unlock Zombies & Villagers

In the cheats menu, enter BEEFCURTAINS. This unlocks the Zombies & Villagers for Multiplayer.

Unlock Generals in Multiplayer

In the cheat menu, enter RUSTYSHERIFFSBADGE. This unlocks both the Squirrel And Tediz Generals for the multiplayer mode.

Command & Conquer Cheats

Pilfer the from Offering Plate
During a lull in battle, send a few troops to scout out a civilian village. Once it is discovered, order them to blowup the towns church. Within the rubble, the soldiers should find a small bag of money containing $2,000!

Camera Zoom
Are you tired of having to squint at those little guys? Hold L and press C-Up or C-Down to change your view.

Communications Center Trick
Once you have built an advanced communications plant, sell the old one. You will not need it once youve established an advanced version.

All Missions
At the “Press Start” screen, quickly press B, A, R, R, A, right C, up, down, and A. There will be no indication that the code has worked. Go to the “Replay Mission” menu and press L. If you have done everything correctly, every variant of every mission will become available.

APC Trick
If youre playing as GDI, and you have access to APCs and Engineers, then you can try this trick. Build 2 APCs, and put them each to a C-button. Now build 10 engineers, split hem into 2 groups of 5, put each group on a C-button, and load each group onto an APC. Now, drive the APCs over to the enemy base, and park them next to the NOD construction yard/barracks/airstrip. If the APCs are blown up, its okay, the engineers will walk out still alive. Send all the engineers into NOD buildings, going into the construction yard first. Now, whenever you blow up a NOD building, they wont be able to replace it. And, if you captured their Hand of Nod or airstrip, then they wont be able to build any more units if you blow them all up.

Make Units/Buildings Without Sidebar
Highlight the unit you want first on the sidebar, and press A. When you hear “Construction Complete” or “Unit Ready”, hold Z and press A. The game will say, “Building,” and you get another copy of the unit you selected. It still costs the same, but doing this is much quicker and easier, and you dont have to take your eyes off the battle field.

Gold NOD Weapons
To cast armaments in gold, play as the Global Defense Initiative and seize an airstrip of the Brotherhood of NOD. Your forces there will continue to build NOD armaments, casting them in solid gold!

Steal Enemy Harvesters
You can steal the enemys harvester by capturing the refinery while the harvester is depositing money into it. This comes in handy on earlier missions when you cannot build more harvesters.

Sandbag “Prisons”
If you surround your entire base and the nearest tiberium field with sand bags, opposing units approaching your base, will stop and not shoot down the sand bags. You can then surround the units with sand bags and trap them inside. As long as you dont go near the cells with military units, they wont shoot down the sand bags. Wait long enough and you could have your own prison!

NOD Special Ops Mission 2 tip
Make 2 or more engineers and send them to the bottom right corner. There should be a GDI construction yard that is only guarded by 1 mammoth tank so just capture the construction yard it and have a defence to attack the tank (otherwise youll lose the construction yard) and enjoy the power of both sides.

Run the enemy out of money
First find the enemy base, then find all the ways in and out. Once youve done this build sandbags all the way up to the enemy base and block off the entrance (be carefull that you dont get too close to the entrance youve just blocked off or the enemy will shoot a hole in your barrier). The enemy harvestors cant get in to get to the refineries and they cant get out to harvest, therefore the enemy runs out of money and it is a lot easier to destroy their base. The AI is too dumb to do anything about this.

Get an Orca/Attack helicopter and two minigunners for $750
Build a helipad and then sell it. Take Orca/Attack Helicopter off pad first. When you sell structures you get half the cost back and when you sell the Helipad two minigunners come out so you got 2 minigunners and an Orca/Attack Helicopter for $750 and it takes less time than to build one Orca/Attack Helicopter.

Sell Soldiers
To sell soldiers, place them near (or within) the items that are being sold. For instance, when playing as the Global Defense Initiative (GDI), build a repair pad and transport. Then package five men within the transport before placing it on the repair pad. Sell the repair pad and the five men will be sold for full price!

Sandbag Trick
To build things away from your base, use sandbags in a chain. This works with any building. You can use this trick to place your buildings in an enemys base.

Hidden UFO
While playing as the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) on mission 6, gain access to the Air Attack. Then order your bombers to fly toward the lower left-hand corner of the screen and destroy a designated target. Follow the planes. As their bombs plummet to the ground, you should see a UFO hovering in the cleared area!

NOD Attack Helicopters
As you may be aware, in Command & Conquer there is a helicopter called the Orca attack helicopter. This helicopter can be only used by GDI but in addition to this helicopter there is another one. The game calls it an “Attack Helicopter.” What it is a helicopter that use the same ammunition as normal GDI guard towers (it has the same loud sound as the guard towers). The Nod attack helicopter holds much more ammo than an Orca, but its bullets or less efficient at destroying armor than Orcas. However, attack helicopters CAN destroy armor, even concrete walls. But they are best used for picking off stray enemy guards roaming around. For the best results make teams of Orcas and attack helicopters. Use the Orcas to destroy armor or a building and have the attack helicopters clean up the personnel that spill out of the destroyed units/structures.

Anyway, heres how to get the attack helicopters. First of all this code only works for the Brotherhood of Nod (hence the “Nod Attack Helicopters” code). Once you get far enough in the game, GDI will gain possession of Orca technology. What you have to do to get Attack Helicopters is to simply steal a GDI helipad with an engineer and maybe a weapons factory or construction yard. Once you have possession of these key buildings you will gain the ability to build Attack Helicopters just like GDI can build Orcas. In fact, both Orcas and Attack Helicopter icons appear in the right menu bar.

Also, if you build on extra helipad it comes with an Attack Helicopter instead of an Orca. The Attack Helicopter perform just like the Orcas; VTOL (vertical takeoff and landing), same armor (although the Attack Helicopters have a longer life bar, their actual health is pretty much the same), speed, and cost (both cost 1200 credits). The only difference is the looks and ammunition.

Selling Vehicles
This code only works on vehicles that are allowed on the “Repair Facility”. When you put the unwanted vehicle on the “Repair Facility” leave it there and sell the “Repair Facility”, it will not be sold, but the vehicle will be gone.

To change your characters color, press C-Down instead of A when selecting him.

Play as Boogerman
On the Character Select screen, highlight either of the question mark boxes, hold the L Button and press B, B, Right C, Right C, Left C, Right C. Release L and press R to make Boogerman appear in that box.

Play as High Five
On the Character Select screen, highlight either of the question mark boxes, hold the L Button and press Up C, Down C, Left C, Right C, B, A. Release L and press R to make High Five appear in that box.

Play as Sumo Santa
On the Character Select screen, highlight either of the question mark boxes, hold the L Button and press A, Right C, A, Right C, Down C, Up C. Release L and press R to make Sumo Santa appear in that box. )
