Finish the Expert season in 1st place and you will get a new Dune Buggy named “Beelzebub”. This Buggy is fast, but not adjustable.
Alternate Paint Jobs
Beat the game once in expert mode and you will be awarded an extra paint color opposite the normal two.

Blue Stinger Cheats
Bank card passcodes
Go to the Bank Of Kimra (across the street from Rat’s Place) and enter the passcode for one of the following bank cards to access that account with the corresponding amount of money:

Lab card passcode
Obtain the Lab card from Rat’s Place, then return to Janean. Eliot will give Janean the Lab card and she will ask for the passcode, enter “0513″ as the passcode.
Heat-seeking laser gun
Successfully complete the game twice and save the game. Then, start a new game from the saved game file to receive a heat-seeking laser gun, which is not available in any shop or vending-machine. It fires four heat-seeking lasers.
200 Hassy Drinks
Successfully complete and save the game. Then, start a new game from the saved game file to have 200 Hassy Drinks (100 small and 100 large) in the inventory. This should allow the game to be played with near-invincibility, and the additional bonus of not having to buy any other health items. Additionally, any money left from the last game will also be available in the new game.
Hidden artwork
Place the game disc in a PC compatible CD-ROM drive to find .BMP images and two short voice samples in .WAV format in the “Omake” directory.
Mad Mode
Successfully complete the game three times and save the game. Then, start a new game from the saved game file. The phrase “Mad Mode” will appear next to the health bar. In this mode 200 Hassy Drinks, all weapons (including the ray gun), and full ammunition will be available.
Big eyes mode (North American version)
Successfully complete the game on the “Hard” difficulty setting. In this mode, the characters will have big eyes and a big lip, and the weapon they are carrying will be visible.
All Weapons
Save a game that has been successfully completed in under five hours. Then start a new game from the saved game file to begin with all weapons and nine rounds of ammunition.
$20000 in 20 minutes
Make sure that Eliot has his axe or stun rod, about and about 3 or 4 clips in his hand gun(this is also easier if Doggs has his rail gun). Go to the Bait and tackle shop and kill the creatures that attack you then go out side and do the full axe combo on the monster in the green t-shirt right outside the tackle shop door. This will kill him. You will then attract the attention of a monster wearing a white t-shirt this monster leaps at you but gives you $250 kill him away from the water and go in to the tackle shop and repeat. If you have about 20 small hassys you can get about $20000(no typo) in about 20 minutes. This is easier if you can lay down the full axe combo on the green guy because if he is still alive he and the leaper will team up on you. If things are getting ugly then switch to Doggs and Blast them with your rail gun. This takes a bit of practice but the rewards are great.
$2000 from Eliots bank card
After Janine says “Hey it’s Christmas” and Eliot says “Yeah, It’s my payday”, go back to the bank and use Eliots ATM card to withdraw another $2000.(his christmas bonus).

Play as Albert Wesker in battle mode
Perform well with Chris in battle mode.
Play as alternate Claire in battle mode
Perform well with the original Claire in battle mode.
Battle mode
Successfully complete the game. The game will automatically save to the VMU after the credits have completed. A battle mode option will be unlocked at the main menu.
Play as Steve Burnside in battle mode
Get the Gold Lugers from the basement office in Disc 2. The correct combination is red, green, blue, and brown. You can also unlock Steve Burnside by performing well with the original Chris in battle mode.
Rocket launcher
Get an A ranking in the normal game by completing it without saving, no first aid sprays, and no retries. Additionally, save Steve from the Luger quickly, give the Medicine to Rodrigo, and complete the game with a time less than 4:30. The rocket launcher will appear in the first item box in the next new game.
First person view option in battle mode
Successfully complete the game on the easy or normal difficulty settings with any ranking to enable an option to play battle mode in first person view.
Linear launcher in battle mode
Get an A ranking with Chris, Steve Burnside, Albert Wesker and both versions of Claire in battle mode to unlock the linear launcher. It will appear in your inventory during the next battle mode game.

Saving A.R. ammunition
When you are low on ammunition, go to a nearby storage system and take out A.S. rounds. Combine it with the A.R. and put the rounds back into storage. You will be restored and still have space for more items.
Alternate costumes
Successfully complete the game under the easy difficulty setting with any rank better than F to unlock Jills costume from the original Resident Evil and Reginas costume from Dino Crisis. To unlock three additional costumes, successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting with a rank of A. This will unlock police miniskirt, disco, and biker costumes.
Epilogues
Successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting to unlock Epilogues. Epilogues are a short diary description of each character in the entire Resident Evil series which describes what happened with that specific person after their adventure. Getting better ratings can unlock the other epilogues. There are eight total Epilogues that can be unlocked.
Jills diary
To get Jills Diary (a file), collect all thirty files in the game in order. Then the first file (Instructions Manual, blue) will become Jills Diary.

Obtaining The Rocket Launcher
To obtain the rocket launcher (NOT the linear launcher which is the weapon used at the end of the game) finish the game with a rank S. To acquire an S ranking, you CANNOT save and retry (basically you cannot die or reset the game at anytime) and you CANNOT use health canisters to heal yourself. You must also give the black man at the start of the game the antitoxin and you must save Steve quickly when he takes the golden guns in disc 1. Also you must finish the game within 5 hours.
